This expanded my skill set in multicultural negotiation, sourcing, and development within the industry. As Brand Business Manager, I was entrusted with complete brand management, simultaneously overseeing three of the 16 brands (at the time) for Pure Fishing. This allowed for deeper interaction with National Accounts, building long-term brand direction, marketing strategies, sales goals, and business development objectives. My expertise was instrumental in reviving struggling brands and strengthening the company's overall market position. Similarly, after a 5-year negative sales trend, I completely re-designed a brand, implementing a new focus, brand direction, product strategy, and logo resulting in a 67% sales growth with in 18 months. Additional various sussesful brand integration is another testament to my development and strategic thinking capabilities.

Our customer portfolio included the largest retailers in the world, and we established a direct-to-consumer website, social media presence with over 200k+ followers, and pragmatic programs with our customer base. Our success took us from 7 figure business to 9 figure business in annual revenue through top-line sales during my tenure. I was directly responsible for critical functions including product development, marketing, sales presentations, sourcing, expansion and relocation of warehouse space, and talent acquisition.
